Our “How to Print for Fun and profit” book is great for new and start-up textile printers. This step-by-step guide is ideal for learning about traditional screen printing and the latest in inkjet printing on garments.
Disposable Gloves
Protect your hands from skin irritating tasks such as cleaning ink out of screens while on press. Our vinyl gloves offer excellent finger dexterity and gripping power. They are lightly powder coated, boxed 100 per box, and available in small, medium, large, and extra large.
Nitrile Gloves
Our Nitrile Gloves are constructed of specially compounded, non-slip nitrile for excellent strength and resistance to most solvents. Will not swell or weaken during long-term exposure and clean up. Highly resistant to punctures, snagging, and abrasion. Straight cuff with natural hand fit.
Neoprene Gloves
Our Neoprene Elbow-Length Gloves contain a soft cotton interior comfortable for long wear. Suggested for repeated use while handling some solvents, ghost / haze removers, emulsion removers, caustics, and during dip tank operations. The elbow-length offers added protection and resistance to snags, cuts, and heat.
Shop Apron
This heavy-duty shop apron is ideal in protecting your cloths while mixing ink, cleaning ink out of screens, or many other shop tasks. Includes tie-around the waist and loop over the neck while not limiting movement during the working process.
Packaged Shop Cloths
Packaged 56 cloths per bundle these white shop cloths are ideal for all on press cleaning tasks. Strong, very durable and lint-free our individually folded white shop cloths are ideal for all types of cleaning jobs and they can be easily stored by each shop press.
Shopworks Shop Wipers
Shopworks, pop-n-wipe wipers are highly absorbent, soft like cloth to the touch, strong, and durable. Packaged 100 to a box, these 9” X 16” wipers are ideal for all types of cleaning jobs.
Nubtex Shop Cloths
Nubtex shop cloths are strong, absorbent, lint-free, and washable for additional use. These very strong shop cloths combine the feel and durability of cloth towels and the convenience of disposable wipes. 400 sheets that are 12.20” X 15.75”per roll.
Shop Cloth Floor Stand
Our Shop Cloth Stand is great for handling your Nubtex shop cloths. Made of aluminum with a built-in cutting blade this shop cloth stand is ideal in your pressroom area.
Scrubs Hand Towels
Scrubs are in bucket pre-moistened hand towels that are great for your shop cleaning requirements. This heavy-duty waterless wipe in a bucket contains 72 scrubs that are 10.5” X 12.25”.
S-40 Glass Cleaner
S-40 Sprayway glass cleaner is formulated with anti-static components that will leave no streaks, scratches, or residue. S-40 can be used safely on many surfaces including copy boards, lenses, negatives, and stripping tables. It can also be used on Formica, chrome, porcelain, and plastics. S-40 contains no ammonia. Each can is 15 oz. and packed 12 per case.
205 Film Cleaner
205 Film cleaner by Sprayway is designed to safely clean film positives and negatives without leaving a residue. 205 will easily remove fingerprints, tape marks, adhesives, grease, pencil, dirt, and smudges. 205 will help your reproductions turn out crisp, clean, and sharp. 205 is not recommended for use on Diazo film and scanner drums. Do not use this item on plastic either. Each can is oz. and packed 12 per case.
208 Toner Aid
Developed by Sprayway, 208 Toner Aid greatly improves generated toner images darkness. Its 100% transparent and easy to use by its spray application that dries in minutes. Toner Aid contains no methylene chloride and no ozone depleting chemicals.
957 Screen Opener
957 Screen Opener was developed to open up dried up areas on screens used by screen printers and sign/display shops. 957 is compatible with all brands of screen-printing inks and it will not leave any residue in the cleaning process. 957 will not affect direct/indirect emulsions, stencils, or lacquer-proof knife cut films.
945 Silicone Spray
945 Sprayway Silicone Spray is aerosol product developed to stop squealing, sticking, and binding of machinery. 945 dries quickly; leaves no greasy or oily film. Using 945 will retard corrosion, allowing for future cleaning much easier and quicker. 945 protects and preserves equipment and it speeds cutting and sewing; facilitating fabric flow. Great for power tools and other equipment such as manual and automatic textile presses. 15.5 oz. packed 12 per case.
955 Anti-Static Spray
955 Sprayway Anti-Static spray stops static without creating rust. It removes static electricity in areas where dry conditions exist.
203 Rubber Cleaner & Rejuvenator
203 Sprayway Rubber Cleaner & Rejuvenator is formulated to clean and revitalize ink-laden, rollers and blankets on screen exposing units. Restores smooth surfaces and it will increases your blanket life. Each can is 13 oz. and packed 12 per case
Screen Sidekick
Screen Sidekicks are an ideal addition to printers printing on hand tables, one-man vacuum tables with small or large frames. Purchased for left or right side use, they simply attach to your screen frame with its spring action lift placed along the print surface. This heavy-duty sidekick is constructed of steel and it’s easy to assemble to your frame. Our sidekicks allow for frames up to 2-inches thick and they are available in 6-inch and 9-ince models.
Cast Hinge Clamps
The CHC-100 hinge clamps are made from cast steel and are designed to work with wood or aluminum frames up to 2-inches thick. Their locking action firmly holds the screen in place for positive registration.
Metal Hinge Clamps
The Hold-Tite hinge clamp is constructed of heavy steel and is the strongest and most economical in screen-printing shops. This plated steel clamp will easily handle screens up to 2-inches thick.
Stainless Steel Spatula
Our Stainless Steel all purpose spatulas have rosewood handles and brass rivets. Their semi-flexible blade is ideal for stirring and mixing colors and they can be used for removing excess ink from squeegee blade and print screens. Our stainless steel spatulas are available in 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", and 14" lengths. Widths vary from 3/4" to 2".
Spatula / Scraper
This hand-held spatula is ideal for cleaning ink off of squeegee blade. With it you can spread or clean inks from screens and remove ink from squeegees with this uniquely designed scraper. Special slot cleans 3 sides of 3/8" or thinner squeegee blade at once. Scraper is 4-1/2" wide.
Plastic Spatula
This handy plastic scraper / spatula is designed for safe use on all types of screens. Only 11-inches long with a flared blade 2 11/16 inches wide these handy spatulas have a hole in the handle for hanging on a hook so they never get lost.
Slick Scoop Spatula
Our Slick Scoop metal spatula is designed to mix, scoop, and scrape ink out of the ink bucket without any mess. Its handle has a hook to allow you to attach the Slick Scoop directly onto the ink container. With Slick Scoop you never have to search for a spatulas as each ink container can have one attached to it.
UV Spatula
Our UV Black Spatulas are made of flexible hard rubber, ideal for mixing materials without scratching surfaces. Resistant to UV inks, coatings and solvents. Our Black Spatula are designed with 4", 6" or 8" blades and they are sold individually or 12/case.
Container Opener
This easy to use plastic container opener is ideal for opening gallon containers.
Plastic Spray Bottles
Our quart size spray bottle is a great choice for applying degreasers, screen hardeners, and other chemical solutions used in the screen-printing process.
Plastic Squeeze Bottle
Our 16oz. squeeze applicator bottle is great for use in applying fabric adhesive, screen block-out, and chemical solutions.
Black Quart Containers
Black storage containers required to protect your UV-curable ink and coating inventory from ambient UV light sources. Polyethylene construction "breathes," allowing oxygen contact with UV contents to inhibit polymerization. These combined features increase shelf stability and protect your investment.
Translucent Containers
Translucent quart plastic containers with snap-on lids are ideal for mixing ink and color-match storage. Can be used with plastisol and solvent-based ink.
Scorch Remover
New TEXSTYLE Scorch Remover instantly removes light to medium scorching from tees and sweats. It is simply sprayed on the scorched area and then the garment is run back through the dryer. Triple Blend Spot Remover
Triple Blend textile spot removes contain a patented additive that actually allows the cleaner to penetrate the ink, break it down, and then encapsulate before its being forced through the fabric by the spot cleaning gun.
