Smartmesh-P
Smartmesh-P fabric from Murakami is a high tension, low-elongation monofilament polyester fabric that has excellent memory to retain set tension levels print after print and job after job. Smartmesh-P offers improved thread treatment that increases the wetting qualities that allow for better emulsion bond. This thread surface treatment forms ink film to allow ink to slip through mesh easily. Smartmesh-P achieves improved high-tension strength combined with better elasticity resistance. Both Warp and Weft threads are balanced for optimum printing performance. Smartmesh-P is available in white for mesh counts 180 or less and yellow from 200 to 460 per inch.
Saatilene Hitech
Saatilene Hitech is a high tension, low-elongation monofilament polyester for prolonged tensions at the highest levels. Made with special high tensile strength fibers that are uniquely woven, then heat-set by a proprietary process to heighten dimensional stability. You’ll minimize your off-contact distances, reduce squeegee pressure and dramatically increase production speed. This means virtually no print distortion. Ideal for applications requiring critical registration, color control and uniform ink deposit. Hitech mesh is available in white, ultra-orange and ultra-yellow in widths from 40/45 to 145 inches. Mesh counts from 17 to 508 per inch.
IFC Monoprint
IFC Monoprint is a high-tension, low elongation polyester monofilament screen-printing fabric developed by Industrial Fabrics Corporation. It offers fast tensioning without damage to the threads along with very good stabilization. Monoprint’s woven with yarn that is dyed during the extrusion process. This eliminates aggressive chemicals, high temperature, and pressure that weaken the molecular structure and waste associated with post-weaving fabric dyeing. It also benefits the screen-printer by increasing fabric strength by 10-15% and increased resistance to abrasion and harsh reclaiming chemicals. Available in mesh counts of 30 to 500 per inch.
