Re-tensional Frames

With our roller and cap frames you will be able to stretch your own screen frames quickly and to your desired tension level. It’s as simple as placing the mesh over the frame cylinders and securing with a plastic strip. Once secure rotate the individual cylinders to tighten the fabric (30-60 secs.) to your desired tension. Should you experience any tension loss you can quickly adjust by rotating one roller to retention and restore your mesh to it's original tension (Newton’s) level; increasing your fabric life and gaining control of printing variables.

M-1 Frames

Our M-1 frames cap frames sizes run from 8.5” X 12”O.D, 10” X 13” O.D, 7.125” X 14” O.D, and 7.25” X 17” O.D.

MZX Frames

MZX frames are available in the following profiles:



  • 18” X 20” I.D with 3 rollers and a 18” Square bar.

  • 23” X 26” O.D with 3 rollers and a 23” Square bar.
  • 23” X 38” O.D. with 3 rollers and a 23” Square bar.
  • 23” X 31” O.D. with 4 rollers (Square bar is available at extra cost).

Note: The 23” X 31” frame is designed for automatic textile presses or for manual presses with side clamps.

M-3 Frames

M3 / M3A roller frames are available in sizes ranging from 23” X 31” O.D to 23” X 45” O.D. The M3 / M3A series uses a 1 5/8” roller for extra strength.

M-6 Frames

M6 / M6A rollers frames are available in sizes ranging from 45” X 51” O.D. to 55” X 62” O.D. The M6 / M6A series uses a 2” roller for extra strength.

Note: As with all of our roller frames custom sizes are available upon request.

Roller Master

With the addition of the Roller Master, stretching frames automatically will increase your production output dramatically by producing 3 times as many screens per hour. Every screen will be stretched flat and with rapid stabilization. From the very beginning you will see uniform tension, more production output, and with less physical effort. All Newman Roller frames operate by compressed air and no electrical hook-up is required.

The Mini-Master L1 is used for MZX sq. bar frames 18” X 20” I.D, 23” X 26” O.D., & 23” X 28” O.D. frames.

Mini-Master L2 model is used for MZX 23” X 31” O.D. or M3 frames 23” X 31” up to 25” X 33” O.D.

The Mini Master L3 is used for frames 23” X 31” O.D. to 26” X 36” O.D.

The Mini-Master L4 model is used for all frames sizes listed in L1, L2, and L3 series.
