We offer aluminum frames in two configurations, lightweight and heavy-duty. Our aluminum frames have welded corners for the best screen-printing stability and our corners are completely sealed to prevent leaks. We also sand one side of our frames for the best possible results with the fabric gluing process. Water or solvents do not affect aluminum frames so you can expect long screen frame life. On larger screen profiles a larger frame extrusion may be required to allow greater fabric tension levels without screen bowing. Our screen profile thickness runs from ½” X 1” to 2” X 6” and we also offer quantity discounts in all screen sizes and profiles.
