SE-T - Straight Edge-Triple Durometer

An exceptional tool for critical ink shear in a 3/8” X 2” profile. Two soft edges with hard backing between. Maintains proper angle with no blade roll over. Available in Shore A Hardness: 60/90/60 & 70/90/70.

SE-D - Straight Edge-
Dual Durometer

A single soft printing edge with hard backing in a 3/8” X 2” profile. Eliminates blade roll over. Helps maintain blade angle for excellent ink shear. Available in Shore Hardness: 60/90 & 70/90.

DB-T - Double Bevel - Triple Durometer

A soft printing edge sandwiched between harder durometers in a 3/8” X 2” profile. Great for high screen tensions or control of ink deposit on irregular surfaces. Available in Shore A Hardness: 90/60/90 & 90/70/90.

SB-D - Single Bevel -
Dual Durometer

Ideal for container printing and extremely irregular surfaces when ink deposit control is critical. Excellent for higher tension screens. Available in 3/8” X 2” and Shore Hardness: 70, 80 & 90.

ME-S - Molded Edge

Our molded edge squeegee represents the future in squeegee material. Duralife squeegee is manufactured with Saatiprints exclusive urethane formulation that locks in abrasion resistance. Duralife squeegees hold up longer on press and resist softening, including UV and conventional solvent applications. Duralife will not be affected adversely by humidity, or harden in storage. Choose from several color-coded durometers, from extra soft to extra hard. Available in 3/8” X 2” and Shore Hardness: 60,70,80,& 90.
